Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active state licensure and certification required
Previous experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and high school preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and educators
Competence in developing and implementing individualized service plans
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across grade levels
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans to address communication needs
Provide direct therapy services and consultative support to students, teachers, and staff
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress reports
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and parent conferences
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote academic and social success
Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
