TeamHealth is seeking an ABEM-certified physician to join our team at this busy Level III Trauma Center, serving a diverse patient population from Midland, Odessa, and communities throughout the Permian Basin.

Inside the Emergency Department Busy, medium-high acuity Level III Trauma Center
73k annual volume (~200 patients/day)
43-bed ED
~2 patients per hour
Robust specialty backup and hospital resources
Established physician group and experienced APC team with strong retention and tenure
Dedicated nocturnists coverage helps minimize night shift requirements for the broader physician team
40+ physician hours (to increase) and 52 APC hours daily
