Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation. Superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates must be barred in the state of New York or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
Duties
Handle complex litigation matters, including copyright and trademark disputes.
Collaborate with a team of litigators across various offices.
Engage in consumer class action and trade secret litigation.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
Requirements
Four to six years of relevant litigation experience.
Superior academic credentials.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Bar admission in New York or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Bar admission in New York.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
