About the Role
The ideal candidate will excel at generating and closing new opportunities through a consultative, value-driven sales approach. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, driving new business opportunities, and expanding relationships within accounts over time.
This is a high-impact role for someone hungry to grow within a fast-moving company and excited about building strong customer relationships while making a measurable difference in the supply chain tech space.
Responsibilities
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Drive new business through proactive outbound outreach, targeted campaigns, and strategic follow-up with inbound leads
Prioritize and execute industry- and function-specific outreach to your top 30 target accounts
Develop and manage a territory plan focused on both new business generation and long-term account growth
Collaborate closely with customer success, marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Become a trusted advisor by understanding customers' business challenges and aligning Z2Data solutions accordingly
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as a high-performing SDR/BDR or Sales Executive
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing new business
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Experience with HubSpot a plus
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in your sales career
• Familiarity with supply chain risk management is a bonus—but if not, we'll teach you!
Compensation
$80,000 base salary + commission
