As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating towing and roadside service requests, communicating with customers and drivers, and helping ensure efficient operations. Receive and manage incoming service requests from customers and partners.
Dispatch drivers efficiently using company software and communication systems.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, drivers, and team members.
Comfortable using computers, software applications, and technology-based systems.
This schedule includes weekends and holidays, as required.
