Midwest Automotive Design--Electrical HookupTitle: Electrical HookupLocation: Elkhart, INJob Grade: HourlySource of Supervision: Production SupervisorElectrical Hookup responsibilitiesRegular attendance requiredHooking up electrical inside unitEnsure manufacturing, quality, and safety requirements are metAssemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specificationsRead blueprints and verify the parts required prior to assembly. Must be able to operate hand and power toolsWork from schedules, manuals, wiring diagrams, shop orders, prints, pick lists, photos, and instructionsReview shop orders and similar materials to determine requirements. Retrieve parts, materials, and supplies from staging locationParticipate in LEAN and continuous improvement activitiesAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresTools and Equipment used:Air and power driven tools including but not limited to: Hand Drills, Drill press, Impact gun, Grinders, Die Grinders, cut off wheels, DA Sanders, Dynafiles, wrenches, air guns, heat guns, and Stud Welders.Electrical Hookup qualifications and skills:110 V Electrical experience is requiredRough Wiring experience not required, but preferredHigh school diploma/GED required2+ years' experience in general assembly work or specialized trainingMust know how to read tape measureAbility to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shiftsExperience with power and hand toolsBasic math and communication skills requiredBenefits:Employer Sponsored Medical InsuranceVoluntary DentalVoluntary VisionVoluntary Life InsuranceCompany Paid Life Insurance401(k) with Employer MatchThank you for your interest and consideration of a career with Alliance RV, LLCAlliance RV, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
