Job description
Mayflower Cruises & Tours, based in Lisle, IL, seeks a Regional Director of Group Sales to lead the Midwest sales team toward aggressive growth for cruise and tour products. Preference is given to candidates near the Greater Chicago area.
You will develop strategic plans, build key relationships with group travel producers, and report to the VP of Sales & Marketing. Travel 50%+ and guide a high-performing team to exceed objectives.
