Job Description
Ourglobally-integratedsolutions support global workforce mobility, including immigration, tax, managed services, and digital solutions. As a trusted advisor of compliance,consultingand technology services to multinational corporations, we solve complex, cross-border workforce mobility challenges to ensure our clients and their employees have a consistent and compliant global mobility experience.
As aManager,you'llwork as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Job Requirements and Preferences
Minimum Years of Experience:
7 year(s)
Certification(s) Required (at least 1):
CPA, Enrolled Agent, Member of the Bar, Global Mobility Specialist Certification, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in understanding cross-border employee movement including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance and the tax equalization process; managing international assignee populations ofmulti nationalclients; and working in a professional service environment leveraging a worldwide network to best service clients.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in expatriate tax program policy and administration design; identifying and addressing client needs, building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providingtimelymeaningful written and verbal feedback.
Preferred familiarity with a CRM system.
Demonstrates knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited to:
innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;
Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients; utilizingdigitization tools to reduce hours andoptimizeengagements.
Knowledge of alternative fee arrangements, including the use of pricing tools, to provide a point of view on pricing strategies.
Additional Information
This is a regular, full-time, hybrid position.
Location: Chicago
Salary Range: $105,000 - $170,000
