MIG/TIG Welder – 2nd ShiftLocation: Berea, Ohio Pay: $22–$40/hour, based on experience Schedule: 2nd Shift | Full-Time + Overtime Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 based on experienceExperienced MIG/TIG Welders WantedPrideStaff is hiring experienced MIG/TIG Welders for 2nd-shift opportunities with a well-established manufacturing company in Berea, Ohio.We're looking for welders with at least 3 years of professional welding experience who are comfortable performing both MIG and TIG welding and can work independently from blueprints and fabrication drawings.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder looking for steady hours, significant overtime potential, strong benefits, and opportunities to continue developing their welding skills.What You'll DoPerform both MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) weldingWeld in flat, horizontal, and overhead positionsRead and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbolsPerform fit-up and fabrication workUse tape measures and other measuring tools accuratelyConvert fractions to decimals and measure anglesPerform practical shop mathInspect your work for quality and accuracyFollow established safety and quality proceduresWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of professional welding experienceExperience with both MIG and TIG welding is requiredAbility to read and work from blueprintsStrong measurement and basic shop-math skillsAbility to weld in multiple positionsExperience with stainless steel, nickel alloys, or specialty/exotic metals is a plusStrong attendance and reliabilityWillingness to work regular overtimeScheduleThis is a 2nd-shift position requiring availability to work a minimum of 48 hours per week.
