MIG/TIG Welder Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 18.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to support fabrication operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
This role is responsible for performing high-quality welds, operating fabrication equipment, and ensuring finished products meet specifications and quality standards
Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials and components
Operate and assist with fabrication machinery including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and press brakes
Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines for production
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
MIG/TIG Welder Operator Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
Previous experience with MIG and TIG welding of at least 1 year is required
Previous experience operating fabrication machinery is required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is required
Applicant may be subject to a background check
