Show us your skills during a weld test.Hands-On Work: You'll work with your hands, building and repairing structural steel components that make a difference.Team Environment: Join a supportive team where your hard work is appreciated and your growth is encouraged.What You'll Be Doing:Plan and Assemble: Select equipment, plan layouts, and assemble steel components to create structural forms.Precision Work: Lay out, position, align, and fit components together with accuracy.Welding Excellence: Set up equipment and weld parts using MIG welding processes.Secure and Assemble: Bolt, clamp, tack-weld, and rivet parts to ensure secure and finished assemblies.Repair and Restore: Dismantle, straighten, reshape, and reassemble parts to repair products.Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team and meet deadlines.Requirements:1 year of professional welding experience.MIG steel welding experience.Must pass a weld test, background check, and drug test.Regularly performs tasks that will require heavy lifting, carrying and moving materials weighing 50 – 100 lbs. or more off the ground, up and overheadMonday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
