MIG Welder/Assembler$22-23/hr.1st shift - Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm)2nd shift - Mon-Thu (3:30pm to 2am) - Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeksDescription:The MIG Welder/Assembler will assist in the assembly of enclosure systems. This will require knowledge and understanding of bare wire MIG welding, reading a tape measure, and blueprints.Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of MIG Welding experience (Required)Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints (test will be required)Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required).Ability to pass a bare wire MIG weld test (horizontal and vertical)Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.Ability to lift and maneuver metal components a minimum of 50 lbsFlexibility to work in other related departments as required.Some overhead crane experience is a plus.Job Duties:Read and work off blueprintsFollow written and verbal work instructionsLift and maneuver metal components a minimum of 50 lbs.Read and interpret a basic tape measureProficient use of basic hand tools such as grinder, cut-off wheel, and magnetic drill.Assemble large metal enclosures.MIG tack Weld when neededBenefits:Heath / Dental / Vision InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceShort-term and Long-term Disability401k with company match (40% of the dollar up to the first 6%)Accident and Critical Illness optionsHealth Savings AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO9 paid Holidays
