Once hired, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401K plan, and tuition reimbursement.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and Flux Core welding on mild steel.Ensure quality and precision in welding tasks.Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.Participate in fabrication processes involving stainless steel and structural steel.Engage in grinding tasks and handle the person feed equipment.Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG welding.Experience with Flux Core welding.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Prior experience or completed schooling in welding.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a fabrication environment.Skills in grinding and handling the person feed equipment.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
