MIG WelderExpress Employment Professionals is Hiring!Location: Dunlap, TN Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Pay: $20.00/hourExpress Employment Professionals is seeking skilled MIG Welders for a growing manufacturing facility in the Dunlap area. If you have welding experience and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assembliesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsInspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are metSet up and operate welding equipment safely and efficientlyUse measuring tools to verify dimensions and specificationsGrind, clean, and prepare materials as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety and quality proceduresQualifications:Previous MIG welding experience requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints preferredExperience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipersStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and strong work ethicPhysical Requirements:Stand for extended periods throughout the shiftFrequent bending, reaching, and liftingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionallyAbility to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPEBenefits of Working with Express:Weekly payMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance optionsReferral bonus opportunitiesEvaluation-to-hire positionCareer growth potentialApply today!
