Job description

MIG Welder up to $24/hour!Progress to $28 by the end of first year of employmentEntry Level Production Welder5am-3:30pm (4x10s)Job DescriptionThis role involves performing MIG welding on sheet metal in a high-volume production environment. You will weld primarily on feet components throughout the day using flat and vertical (up-down) positions, focusing on consistent quality, safety, and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on sheet metal components, with a primary focus on feet assemblies.Execute welds in flat and vertical (up-down) positions in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.Operate and work alongside robotic welding equipment as needed to support production output.Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency, and make adjustments to maintain required specifications.Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules in a fast-paced environment.Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient production floor.Stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day while performing repetitive welding tasks.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve any welding-related issues.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
