What Matters Most
Competitive pay of $18.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience
Additional $2.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift
Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, with required overtime as needed
Schedule: 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm-2:30 am, Monday-Thursday, with required overtime as needed
Location: High Point, NC, with the position transitioning to Asheboro, NC
Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability

Job Description
An established manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to support structural fabrication and production needs. In this role, you will perform MIG welding on steel materials while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety. This opportunity is well suited for a skilled welder who takes pride in craftsmanship and works effectively in a team-focused production environment. Responsibilities:
Perform structural MIG welding and fabrication to support production and assembly requirements
Complete welds using GMAW/MIG wire feed processes on steel materials
Inspect completed work to maintain quality and accuracy standards
Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and operational goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
Ability to successfully complete a 3G and 4G welding test using the GMAW process on 3/8-inch material
Previous experience welding steel using MIG wire feed processes
Strong verbal communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Ability to follow safety standards, procedures, and workplace requirements
Ability to work required overtime as needed
Must meet pre-employment background check and drug screening requirements
