Job description
Webco Manufacturing is seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision sheet metal team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will read blueprints, set up welding equipment, perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication on custom metal components, and complete basic finishing and assembly. You will inspect work for accuracy, follow strict safety and quality standards, and collaborate with a team focused on craftsmanship and continuous improvement. This position offers hands-on experience, skill growth, and the opportunity to support diverse customer projects in a modern manufacturing environment.
