Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable MIG & TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience producing quality welds, reading basic drawings, and working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Schedule:Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PMFriday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMSaturday: Overtime as neededResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and TIG welding on metal componentsRead and interpret basic blueprints and work ordersInspect completed welds for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all company safety proceduresQualificationsMinimum 2 years of MIG welding experience (TIG experience preferred)Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprintsStrong attention to detail and qualityDependable with a positive work ethicAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periodsEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
