MIG WelderExpress Employment Professionals of Rancho Cucamonga is currently hiring a MIG Welder for a growing metal fabrication company in Ontario, CA. We are seeking a dependable welder with experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication who takes pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This position involves welding fabricated metal boxes into finished products and performing grinding and finishing work to ensure quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on fabricated metal components and assemblies.Weld metal boxes and structures according to specifications.Grind and smooth welds, removing sharp edges and imperfections.Read and interpret work orders and basic fabrication drawings.Inspect finished welds for quality and structural integrity.Operate grinders and other fabrication tools safely.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all company safety and quality standards.QualificationsPrevious MIG welding experience required.Experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred.Ability to operate grinders and finishing tools.Ability to read measuring tools and perform accurate welds.Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Must pass a drug screening and background check.
