Job Description Job Description MIG Welder Schedule Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Optional Overtime Available: Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Pay: $20.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on production components and assemblies.
Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production requirements.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment for safe and efficient operation.
Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or production inconsistencies.
Complete daily production records and progress documentation.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe working condition.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications Required 1-3 years of MIG welding experience.
Ability to pass a weld test.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
