MIG Welder Weekend ShiftHire Dynamics is currently seeking experienced MIG Welders for a weekend shift opportunity with a leading manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for candidates with strong welding skills who are looking to maximize their work week while enjoying additional days off. Schedule Friday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Overtime may be available based on production needs.Primary Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on manufactured metal components according to specifications and blueprintsRead and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructionsSet up welding equipment and ensure proper machine settingsInspect welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standardsUse grinders, hand tools, and measuring devices as neededMaintain a clean and safe work environmentMeet daily production and quality goalsPreferred Qualifications:Manufacturing or fabrication experienceWelding certifications are a plus but not requiredExperience working with steel and other metal materials
