Job description
The Maine Department of Labor seeks a State Monitor Advocate to ensure equitable access to employment services for migrant and seasonal farmworkers and to uphold program compliance. The SMA will monitor programs, conduct on-site reviews, and prepare reports in alignment with federal and state requirements.
This role requires independent work, strong communication skills, and fluency in Spanish or Haitian-Creole.
