nWhat You'll Do
nAs a BAYADA Home Health Aide, you'll provide compassionate one-on-one care based on a written plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse.
nYour responsibilities may include:
nnnBathing, grooming, and toileting
n
nnDressing and personal hygiene
n
nnMeal preparation and feeding
n
nnMedication reminders
n
nnLight housekeeping and laundry
n
nnBed making and other household tasks
n
nnAssistance with ambulation and transfers
n
nnRange-of-motion exercises
n
nnVital sign checks
n
nnCompanionship and emotional support
n
nnHelping clients maintain their independence at home
n
n nWhat We're Looking For
nWe're looking for caregivers who are:
nnnCompassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
n
nnPassionate about helping others
n
nnCommitted to providing quality care
n
nnAble to travel to clients' homes as assigned
n
nnComfortable working independently with clients
n
n nPrevious home health care or patient care experience is welcome, but not always required. Training may be available for qualified candidates.
nFor Experienced CHHAs
nCandidates applying for HHA/CHHA positions should have:
nnnA current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing
n
nnPrevious caregiving or home health experience, when required for the position
n
n nInterviews Available
nVirtual and in-person interviews available.
