Job description
RI International in Columbus, OH is seeking a Milieu Specialist to lead de-escalation and support efforts for individuals in crisis care. This full-time role includes rotating day shifts 7:00 AM–7:30 PM at the Crisis - Franklin County Crisis Care Center, with a $24.00/hour wage.
You will provide immediate response to emergencies, document care plans, and collaborate with guests to build community supports while upholding safety and compliance standards.
