Job description
Forest View Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Milieu Specialist to help ensure patient safety and support the MHT patient care program. This role emphasizes safety, observation and role modeling across age groups in a psychiatric setting.
You will train and mentor MHT staff, work with the CNO on care planning, and help deliver continuous, safe care to children, adolescents and adults within the milieu.
