Job description
LAUKOA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to support the Louisiana Army National Guard State Surgeon’s Office. You will review medical documentation and recommend fitness-for-duty determinations per AR 40-501/40-502, drafting LDODs and handling medical records.
This role requires active LA licenses, CPR/BLS, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
