Job description
LAUKOA seeks a Provider (NP/PA) to support the Louisiana Army National Guard. You will review medical documentation, determine deployability, and prepare recommendations per AR 40-501/40-502.
Expect to interview service members, document findings, and draft profiles forLODs and MEB/NDR-PEB processes. You’ll maintain HIPAA-compliant records, use MODS/MEDCHART, and assist the State Surgeon’s Office at two Louisiana sites.
