Job description
Horizon Organic Dairy seeks a Director, Milk Quality & Care in a leadership role based in Colorado. The director will oversee the Milk Quality Team, ensure farm and factory gate standards, and work with procurement and hauling to uphold product quality from farm to consumer.
Leading cross-functional initiatives, tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in animal welfare and milk quality will be key. Remote flexibility is available with preference for hybrid presence in Broomfield, CO.
