We turn recycled sawdust into value-add, branded consumer products.Job Description:The Mill Operator operates all functions related to operational plant activities. With team members, this role reports directly to the Shift lead and serves as primary plant operator. Candidate must be adept at anticipating needs, taking initiative, problem solving.Responsibilities:Run Bagging MachineMill OperationDryer OperationLoader Operation for yard mixing of material and filling of Green BinSkid steer operation for unloading of KD material from box trucksOperation of Fork Truck, single and dualLoading and unloading of trucks with finish goodsStacking of finish goods in warehouse and outside.Participate in the plant safety meetingsRaw Materials and Daily Reports of quality samplesReceiving incoming raw materials with detail-oriented documentation.Shipping and ReceivingSigning trucks in and out of the plant for shipping of finish goods and bulk loadsOther Duties as AssignedQualifications/Education:High School diploma or equivalentRequires the ability to communicate both verbally & in writing English.Demonstrates ability to work as a teamwork.Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multi-taskPrevious experience in manufacturing preferred.RequirementsMill Equipment Operator Benefits:Employee referral bonus program2 weeks paid time off + 2 floating holidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (FSA & HSA options)Educational assistanceLife insurance, short term & long-term disability401(k) with employer match & immediate vestingEmployee heating pellet programLignetics SWAG gear to include an annual pair of work boots & other PPELignetics Group offers clean, renewable solutions.
