Mill Machine OperatorJob Title: Machine Operator Location: Carol Stream, IL Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00am – 2:30pm Pay Rate: $21/hourJob Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Machine Operator to join our team in Carol Stream, IL. The Machine Operator is responsible for tending mills to grind raw materials for the manufacturing of high-quality printing ink while following all safety, quality, and operational procedures.Key Responsibilities:Operate mills safely and efficiently to process ink batches as directed.Use personal protective equipment as required.Follow Supervisor and Quality Control instructions for grinding and canning.Ensure all quality requirements and testing procedures are followed.Package products according to established guidelines, ensuring proper labeling.Never leave mills unattended without notifying the supervisor.Maintain cleanliness of mill, work area, and perform required preventive maintenance.Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and work as part of a team.Apply Today!
