Job description
New-Indy Containerboard is seeking a qualified individual for a management leadership role at the Oxnard Mill. This position focuses on maintenance engineering and requires strong heavy manufacturing experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
As a leader, you will manage teams, optimize performance, and ensure maintenance programs are effectively executed. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and prior management experience are necessary to succeed in this role, along with significant experience in the paper industry.
