What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be a working leader who sets the tone every shift. You'll coach your team, jump in wherever needed, and help create the high-energy atmosphere Milwaukee Burger Company is known for.
Lead daily restaurant operations with confidence and positivity.
Create memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back.
Hire, train, coach, and develop future leaders.
Build schedules and maintain proper staffing levels.
Protect food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
Manage labor, sales, and profitability goals.
Work alongside your team in our fast-paced scratch kitchen and dining room.
Celebrate wins, solve challenges, and keep the team motivated.
