Job description
ALO seeks a General Manager to own and grow a store, delivering sales and profitability through strong leadership, merchandising, and team development. You will drive brand strategies, local market knowledge, and a culture that reflects ALO's mission.
You will lead a diverse team across Sales, Operations, and Visual, optimize staffing, inventory, and standards, and foster growth, accountability and inclusion while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
