Job description
Turner Mining Group is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead safe, reliable maintenance of fixed and mobile equipment on-site in mining operations. You will direct shop floor activities, mentor technicians, and drive cost control and asset availability.
In this hands-on leadership role you will develop safety programs, plan maintenance work, and manage staffing while fostering a high-performance culture. The role requires 5–7 years in maintenance leadership within mining or heavy industry.
