Job description

Be Part of Something Eternal

Nearly 2 billion Muslims have never heard the saving message of Jesus Christ. At Frontiers, we believe God is calling His Church to change that. We partner with local churches to send workers to the Muslim world—workers who make disciples and plant churches where the Gospel has never been heard.

If you’re passionate about mobilizing the Church for global mission and equipping leaders to fulfill the Great Commission, this role is for you.

Empower. Partner. Sustain

As a Ministry Partner Development (MPD) Coach, you’ll equip, encourage, and walk alongside field workers as they build and maintain a team of prayer and financial partners. This role supports workers both before deployment and while on the field and home staff, providing them with resources and encouragement to help them stay fully funded as they pursue their calling.

At Frontiers, we believe God is calling His Church to bring the Gospel to the least-reached Muslim peoples. Our workers serve in some of the most challenging places on earth—and they need strong, grace-filled support to thrive. That’s where you come in.

About the Role

As MPD Coach, you will:

Provide one-on-one coaching for new appointees in the support-raising process.

Train candidates in biblical and practical approaches to raising support.

Assist in developing individualized MPD plans with goals, timelines, and accountability structures.

Review communication materials (e.g., newsletters, presentations, support letters).

Encourage perseverance and spiritual resilience during the support-building phase.

Collaborate with the FieldPrep department to provide resources for Candidate School as needed.

Provide ongoing MPD coaching and encouragement to missionaries serving cross-culturally.

What We’re Looking For

A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for missions

3 – 5 years’ experience with personal fundraising or coaching others in support development.

Excellent relationship builder and team player who can collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization

Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to encourage, motivate, and coach.

Deep understanding of the spiritual, emotional, and practical dimensions of support raising.

Cross-cultural ministry experience.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple relationships and responsibilities.

Ability to raise and maintain personal support

Why Join Frontiers?

When you join Frontiers, you become part of a grace-filled, mission-driven community that:

Prioritizes the least-reached– We focus on Muslim peoples with no sustainable Gospel witness.

Catalyzes movements– Everything we do contributes to planting healthy, reproducing churches.

Empowers teams– Our teams serve with a common vision and freedom to pursue locally appropriate strategies.

Values lifelong learning– We are dedicated to coaching, mentoring, and continuous growth.

Operates with integrity– Decisions are made by those closest to the action, ensuring effectiveness and accountability.
