21 days on / 21 days off -- 8 am - 5 pm Monday thru Sunday
17 - 19 patients per provider -- cap set at 19
100% inpatient -- adult psychiatry population
Inpatient unit runs at full census
H&Ps required -- ED exam consistency noted ~80 - 90% of the time
Hospital privileges required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
