Job description
Work in outpatient primary care a thriving lakes-region community with 400 lakes within a 25-mile radius close to Fargo, offering endless outdoor recreation and a welcoming small-town lifestyle. This Family Medicine role features a collaborative multispecialty environment, 1:6 call, and 24/7 Hospitalist coverage in a fully integrated clinic with on-site lab, imaging, pharmacy, and surgery center. Practice details include:
Join a collaborative, multispecialty group with strong referral support
Practice in a fully integrated clinic with on-site lab, imaging, pharmacy, walk-in clinic, and ambulatory surgical center
Manage pediatric and adult patients with a balanced 1:6 call schedule, shared with Internal Medicine
Conduct monthly rounds at a local long-term care facility and coordinate care with specialty outreach services
