Job description
Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to support students across a K-12 school setting in the Maple Grove, Minnesota area. This role will provide social-emotional support, case management, assessment services, counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with students, families, school staff, and community agencies.
Responsibilities:
Performing assessments
Assisting with case management duties
Collaborate with parents, administration, school personnel, etc.
Attending meetings
Assisting with crisis interventions
Qualifications: Minnesota Social Worker License required
Minnesota School Social Worker Certification required
Compensation for this position ranges from $45/hr to $53/hr. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be sent post-application. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
