Job description
Array Labs is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to own the execution framework for satellite hardware and software programs. You will build schedules, manage milestones, and resolve resource conflicts across a portfolio of concurrent efforts in collaboration with engineering leadership and executives.
You will ensure on-time delivery of mission-critical hardware and software, coordinating with systems engineering and responsible engineers while shaping staffing, bids, and prioritization
