About the Role

FourFound is partnering with a leading data center organization to identify an experienced White Space Fit Out Delivery Manager to join its Dallas-based delivery team.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data center white space fit-out projects, from design coordination through construction, commissioning, and customer handover.

You will manage Construction Managers, coordinate contractors and vendors, and work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end white space fit-out project delivery.

Manage and coordinate Construction Managers, General Contractors, and subcontractors.

Monitor construction schedules, budgets, risks, and project milestones.

Build strong relationships with customers and provide clear, solutions-focused communication.

Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.

Support change orders, financial reporting, and project cost management.

Oversee the delivery of electrical, mechanical, and technical infrastructure.

Coordinate OFCI materials, equipment logistics, and supply chain requirements.

Support commissioning, project closeout, and customer handover.

What We're Looking For

Approximately 10 years of relevant construction or project delivery experience.

Strong onsite construction management experience within data centers or other mission-critical environments.

Experience managing Construction Managers, contractors, and project delivery teams.

Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar construction projects.

Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, white space fit-out, and construction execution.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

A collaborative, accountable, and solutions-focused approach.

Mission-critical onsite construction experience is essential. Candidates should have practical experience managing construction delivery rather than a predominantly design or consultancy background.
