Job description
Jewish Family Service of Dallas seeks a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary and preventive care at JFS Northpoint Health Center in Dallas. This full-time, non-exempt role works with a multidisciplinary team in a medical home model.
You will perform history taking, exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans, maintain records, and participate in quality initiatives. Requires Texas license, DEA, BLS, and 1–2 years outpatient experience.
