Job description
Central Co-op is seeking a Finance Director to lead accounting, financial reporting, internal controls and compliance. Reporting to the GM/CEO, you will oversee all financial operations and HR administration, partnering with leadership to advance sustainable practices and uphold our cooperative values.
The role requires a 4-year degree with 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in retail grocery or cooperative models, and proficiency with Sage and financial modeling.
