Job description
ContinuServe seeks a Senior HR Manager to lead not-for-profit HR services in the Chicago area. This hybrid role requires regular onsite support at client locations throughout the city and involves directing HR functions across client accounts.
You will mentor HR Generalists, manage complex HR issues, and partner with AVP and HR Directors on recruitment, retention, and succession planning, while ensuring legal compliance and exceptional service delivery.
