Job description
The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Davenport, IA is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, optimize sales, and ensure excellent customer service while advancing the mission in our community.
You will oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, donation workflows, pricing and merchandising, safety, budgeting, and reporting to Regional Manager and Department Heads. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and community engagement are required.
