Job description
The Executive Director at JMI Resource leads the organization’s operations, stewardship, and strategic plan, guiding administration, programs, budgeting, staffing, fundraising, marketing, media relations, and community outreach.
This full-time leadership role reports to the Board of Directors and supervises the Client Services Director, Executive Assistant, and other staff and volunteers, ensuring mission-driven growth and strong donor engagement.
