Job description
Providence Medical Group in Missoula, Montana, is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join Grant Creek Family Medicine, an established primary care practice with on-site labs, X-ray, and 3D mammography. The clinic integrates behavioral health and care management in a collaborative, team-oriented outpatient setting.
