Mitigation Project ManagerThe Mitigation Project Manager we need is an industry expert and organized problem solver who can help property owners put their lives together after disaster events such as a fire or flood. If you are an assertive leader, have a natural sense of urgency and possess a high attention to detail – you've come to the right place. You will be leading your teams as you work with clients to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.Benefits: Competitive salary, health insurance, paid time offResponsibilities:Ensuring the team's performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installationMeet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide your professional opinion.Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.Qualifications:Highly experienced in the construction and remediation fieldNatural leadership skills.Ability to inspire the best performance from your teamWilling to work overtime and unconventional hours, if needed.Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary + commission plan, company vehicle, continuing leadership development - our company grows from the inside and offer paid training opportunities to advance your career.
