TikTok is seeking a PhD-level researcher to join the Global Monetization Product and Technology team to help build next‑generation advertising platforms and applied machine learning projects.
You will own key targeting components within the TikTok ads monetization ecosystem, collaborate with product and business teams on vision, and contribute to scalable, high‑impact solutions. Applicants should be graduating within 12 months and ready to onboard by year end.
