nThe MMA Coach is responsible for delivering an authentic, high-energy training experience that brings our "Train Different" philosophy to life. You will lead private and small group sessions, helping members reach their goals through elite-level techniques, supplement guidance, and relentless motivation.

nCoaching & Member Experience
nExpert Instruction: Conduct safe, effective, and inspiring private MMA training sessions for members of all skill levels.

nScience-Based Results: Focus on changing lives through service and science, ensuring accurate administration of client programs and progress tracking.
nFloor Presence: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space.
nSales & Revenue Generation
nDrive Results: Achieve personal monthly revenue targets for private coaching and supplement sales.
nProactive Prospecting: Execute Complimentary Coaching Consultations, complimentary workouts, and seminars to build your client base.
nTurn-Over: Assist the membership team by conducting tours and closing training sales for new members.
nEngagement: Encourage member involvement in workshops, body fat tables, and supplement booths.
nAdministration & Operations
nAccountability: Arrive on time and prepare for all appointments; follow the agreed-upon schedule set by the MMA Manager.
nDocumentation: Record daily workouts for liability and adherence to national certification standards.
nCompliance: Follow all company policies regarding payment transactions and guidelines in the UFC GYM Employee Handbook.
nQualifications
nExperience: Minimum 1 year of related experience; in-depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
nBackground: Pro-Am fight background and/or certification from an organization recognized by UFC GYM.
nSkills: Extroverted self-motivator with strong interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel).
nEducation: High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year degree in a related field preferred.
nCertifications: Current CPR/AED certification required, current dotFIT certification (or willingness to obtain), nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
nPhysical: Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift or move 45+ lbs. during training.
