nMMIS/MES Account & Delivery Leader
nMEDICAID ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS | GOVERNMENT HEALTHCARE | ACCOUNT & DELIVERY LEADERSHIP
nConduent is seeking an experienced MMIS/MES Account & Delivery Leader to lead the successful delivery, management, and growth of our New Mexico Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES/MMIS) engagement.
nThis role serves as the primary client-facing leader responsible for operational performance , contract compliance , financial results , strategic client relationships , and account growth .
nWhat You'll Do
nnnServe as the primary executive point of contact for client leadership and key stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships.
n
nnLead daily delivery and operational performance across the Medicaid Enterprise Systems program.
n
nnEnsure contractual commitments, service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs); regulatory requirements, security standards, and business objectives are met.
n
nnPartner with operations, technology, product, system, and support teams to deliver contracted services and address performance risks.
n
nnManage client escalations, operational issues, service interruptions, corrective action plans, and risk mitigation efforts.
n
nnLead contract administration, including renewals, amendments, change requests, pricing discussions, and governance processes.
n
nnOversee quality assurance, continuous improvement, SLA reporting, SOC audits, Medicaid Waiver Financial Management reviews, and other compliance assessments.
n
nnLead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, training, and documentation.
n
nnOwn account financial performance, including budgets, revenue, profitability, forecasting, expense management, and growth opportunities.
n
nnPrepare and present executive business reviews, strategic performance reports, and operational governance updates.
n
nnLead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams while managing hiring, onboarding, performance, development, succession planning, employee relations, engagement, and retention.
n
n nRequired Qualifications
nnnBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
n
nnSeven (7) or more years of progressive leadership experience in Account Management, Delivery Management, Operations Management, Government Healthcare, or related field.
n
nnDemonstrated experience in Medicaid, MMIS, Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES), Fiscal Agent operations, or related government healthcare programs.
n
nnExperience managing large-scale government contracts and operational service delivery organizations.
n
nnStrong knowledge of contract management, compliance programs, service level agreements, and operational governance.
n
nnProven ability to build executive-level client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
n
nnExperience leading cross-functional teams across operations, technology, product, and service delivery organizations.
n
nnStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, revenue, profitability, forecasting, and business performance.
n
nnExcellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
n
nnProficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
n
nnWillingness to travel occasionally as required.
n
n nPreferred Qualifications
nnnExperience supporting Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) or Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) implementations and operations.
n
nnDirect Fiscal Agent operational experience.
n
nnExperience leading SOC audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory assessments.
n
nnExperience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance processes, and operational controls.
n
nnExperience with large-scale system modernization, implementation, and transformation programs.
n
nnAdvanced degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field.

nPay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $92,901-$120,650.
